  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product functions to translate commercial initiatives into execution strategies
  • Measure the adoption, application, and impact of enablement interventions using qualitative and quantitative data

Requirements

  • Possess at least 6 years of progressive sales enablement experience, including field-facing enablement or performance consulting
  • Demonstrate the ability to diagnose execution gaps and create practical solutions
  • Bring strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities across various learning formats

  • Show proficiency with learning management systems and sales enablement technologies
  • Exhibit strong facilitation skills and credibility working directly with sellers and sales leaders
  • Maintain strong business acumen, communication skills, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications

  • Previous quota-carrying sales experience
  • Background supporting complex, consultative, or intangible sales environments
  • Experience supporting professional services or services-based sales organizations
  • Experience partnering directly with frontline sales managers to drive coaching and reinforcement
