Voltus seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to join its remote operations. This position suits an analytical professional who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
The person in this role will partner across departments to deliver financial analytics, track key performance metrics, and guide business strategies. Responsibilities include building financial models, directing revenue and cost forecasts, and evaluating business investment opportunities. The annual base salary ranges from $171,000 to $176,000.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal leaders to supply financial insights and track performance indicators
- Serve as the primary communication link between finance teams and individual business units
- Advise and influence stakeholders by delivering strategic financial recommendations
- Report financial metrics such as revenue, volume, and gross profit via models and written summaries
- Manage the creation and execution of revenue and cost of goods sold forecasts
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic growth and investment analysis
- Assess business investment opportunities to help guide resource allocation
Requirements
- At least 5 years of financial planning and analysis, account relationship management, or business development experience alongside a Bachelor's degree
- Alternatively, at least 3 years of the same professional experience alongside a Master's degree
- Experience utilizing business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience applying analytical skills to data analysis and financial modeling
- Experience solving complex financial problems through data-driven insights
- Experience translating financial numbers into actionable recommendations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement
