Job Description
NetBrain Technologies, founded in 2004, makes no-code network automation software used by more than 2,500 large enterprises and managed service providers. This remote Senior Manager role in the United States leads the operating model, roadmap and daily delivery of NetBrain's Salesforce platform.
The manager is expected to work hands-on in intake, requirements, QA, releases and production support. The job also means balancing a large backlog and technical debt, and governing any future CPQ or Revenue Cloud evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Salesforce platform roadmap and sequence initiatives by value
- Triage requests and keep a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria
- Coordinate testing, UAT, releases, deployments and go/no-go decisions
- Set standards for configuration, Flow, Apex and integrations, and keep documentation current
