The company is currently hiring a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, MSSP to oversee a team of six to ten Solutions Engineers throughout North America. This leadership role focuses on the partner ecosystem, which includes managed service providers, managed security service providers, global system integrators, alliances, and distributors.
The position suits an experienced technical leader with a background in sales engineering, partner management, and cybersecurity. Reporting directly to the Director of Solutions Engineering for Global MSSP, the successful candidate will own team performance, regional forecasting, coverage planning, and executive-level escalations. Responsibilities involve driving go-to-market strategies, executing technical training plans, collaborating with internal product and sales teams, and occasionally engaging directly in complex client demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities. Candidates should note that this role requires travel of up to fifty percent.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of six to ten Solutions Engineers across the North American partner ecosystem
- Oversee regional forecasting, coverage planning, and quarterly business review reporting for the partner segment
- Partner with sales and channel leadership to design territories and identify partnership opportunities
- Drive execution of go-to-market initiatives, technical training plans, and enablement programs with partners
- Handle executive-level escalations for high-risk partners and coordinate cross-functional resolutions with product, engineering, and support teams
- Guide the team in resolving technical objections and scaling the partner business
Requirements
- Ten or more years of professional experience
- Six or more years of sales engineering experience
- Three to five or more years of people leadership experience managing technical or solutions engineering teams
- Strong background in cybersecurity, identity security, and endpoint security solutions
- Familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM, and cloud technologies
- Willingness to travel up to fifty percent
Qualifications
- Experience managing distributed or fully remote technical teams
- Familiarity with partner relationship management tooling or Salesforce
- AWS, GCP, or security certifications such as CEH, SANS, OSCP, or CISSP
