The role acts as shift lead for sanctioned party list screening, handling workflows, responding to stakeholder queries, monitoring SLAs, tracking errors and managing shift handovers. Responsibilities
- Lead shift operations for sanctioned party list screening and allocate workflows
- Monitor workflow and SLAs, and track errors during the shift
- Manage mailers and stakeholder queries and provide first-level resolution
- Coordinate shift handovers and guide shift members on instructions
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of export control and sanctions experience
- Working knowledge of SAP GTS, Power BI and AI tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to act independently within guidelines and make decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, science, arts, technology, computer applications or an MBA
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience handling global operations
