The company is currently hiring a Senior Partner Manager, APAC to spearhead its regional partner strategy, with specific concentration on Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia.
This position centers on technical alliances rather than direct implementation or solutions engineering. The chosen professional will manage and expand a portfolio containing cloud providers, technology vendors, systems integrators, and consulting firms. Responsibilities involve guiding partners on technical architectures, facilitating joint value propositions, and collaborating closely with internal sales and marketing divisions to drive revenue and pipeline generation.
The role suits a seasoned alliance professional possessing extensive technical fluency, familiarity with agentic AI ecosystems, and a background in recurring revenue business models. Responsibilities
- Design and execute the regional partner strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South East Asia
- Build and oversee a portfolio consisting of consulting partners, systems integrators, cloud partners, and technology vendors
- Recruit and onboard new partners into the company partner program with an emphasis on agentic and AI solution builders
- Partner with consulting firms to help them build and market their own agentic solutions built on the platform
- Formulate joint value propositions with technology partners for agentic offerings
- Provide technical guidance on partner architectures and explain where and how the technology integrates
- Enable partners on technical and product capabilities to support successful selling and delivery
- Manage deal registration, account mapping, and pursuit prioritization across the partner network
- Coordinate co-selling, joint marketing, and technical enablement initiatives with external partners
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, product, and leadership groups to align strategy and client pursuits
- Track and report pipeline creation, data accuracy, and opportunity progression to the Head of Global Partnerships
Requirements
- Between 7 and 10+ years of professional experience in alliance, channel, or partner roles within a recurring revenue business model
- Technical fluency encompassing APIs, cloud infrastructure, and search or AI architecture without requiring hands-on engineering work
- Familiarity with agentic AI landscapes and accelerator programs managed by systems integrators and technology providers
- Background working alongside major cloud providers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure and systems integrators
- Commercial understanding of SaaS software, API-first architectures, headless commerce, and search or AI tools
- Demonstrated track record of executing regional partner strategies across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South East Asia
- Experience using Salesforce.com to manage opportunities and maintain high data accuracy throughout the sales cycle
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy across a diverse region
