The person will design and refine control systems, analyze financial crime and regulatory trends, perform gap analyses, and execute remediation strategies. Requirements

- Expertise in regulatory and financial crime compliance and risk management in India
- Deep understanding of expectations from local regulators and policymakers
- Previous experience working directly with product and engineering teams
- Willingness to travel to offices located in different countries
- Legal authorization to work in India or Singapore
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a fintech or similar fast-paced environment
- Experience working with a PA-CB or ADII licensee
