The designer creates consistent, intuitive UI patterns for customer and driver experiences, with the aim of improving booking completion and reducing friction. Responsibilities
- Craft the UI and UX for customer and driver experiences across key journeys.
- Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives, from discovery and prototyping to validation and final UI.
- Design and refine high-frequency flows such as onboarding, booking, payments and support.
- Build and extend design patterns and reusable components in the design system, and mentor the design team.
Requirements
- Designs with a clear view of user behavior and emotion, treating the product as the user's partner.
- Able to lead through influence, aligning product, engineering, operations and other stakeholders.
- Outcome-driven and iterative, validating ideas with qualitative feedback and metrics.
- Able to turn transactional experiences into engaging journeys.
