Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Sports to join its Prediction Markets division in Chicago. Robinhood operates a financial platform with the mission to democratize finance for all, focusing on building technology for younger generations. In this role, the designer will lead the end-to-end design of the sports vertical, creating brand-new trading flows, amplifier events, and engagement features that connect sports culture with a financial product.

The successful candidate will collaborate directly with engineering, product management, and operations partners while presenting ideas to senior leadership. Responsibilities
- Manage the complete design lifecycle for the sports vertical in Prediction Markets, taking accountability for product impact and quality
- Create intuitive sports trading flows, engagement features, and amplifier events for major sports moments
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations to guide high-priority initiatives from conception to production
- Design structured product solutions for complex, first-of-its-kind challenges in an undefined space
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and senior leadership to iterate quickly without compromising vision
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of product design experience demonstrated through a portfolio showing visual craft and end-to-end thinking
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping new or early-stage products from the ground up
- Ability to work independently amid ambiguity, synthesize feedback, and make design decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration skills working alongside product, engineering, and operations partners
- Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into the design workflow
- Personal interest and passion for sports and the energy of game day
