Job Description

Robinhood operates a financial platform with the mission to democratize finance for all. The organization is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager, Gold Growth to shape the trajectory of its primary membership program, Robinhood Gold.

In this position, you will oversee key components of the membership funnel—covering customer discovery, trial initiation, conversion to paying subscribers, and long-term retention. Your scope includes balancing growth targets against unit economics and member value, working independently with minimal supervision to take ambiguous challenges through to product launches. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance teams.

This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced product leader with a strong consumer focus and a track record of executing rapid experimentation programs. You will be expected to operate from either the Menlo Park, California or New York, New York office locations, maintaining an in-person schedule of at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete strategy and roadmap for membership growth spanning discovery, trial, paid conversion, benefit activation, and retention.
  • Drive end-to-end business outcomes including subscriber acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion rates, churn reduction, and lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute a frequent experimentation program alongside data science by formulating hypotheses, scoping opportunities, and launching A/B tests.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between pricing models, promotional offers, user experience, and long-term business profitability.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering personnel to create intuitive onboarding flows, paywalls, and user interfaces.
  • Lead initiatives autonomously from the initial planning stage to final product delivery across multiple cross-functional departments.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 4 years of product management experience.
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience building consumer-facing products with direct ownership of end-to-end user interfaces and user experience alongside design partners.
  • Demonstrate a history of producing measurable business results in a growth capacity.
  • Commit to working on-site at the Menlo Park or New York office at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

  • Ability to independently analyze data to support opportunity sizing, funnel analysis, and experiment measurement.

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Performance-driven compensation including bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Fully paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage provided for dependents.
  • Access to market AI tools and continuous skill-building programs.
  • Lifestyle wallet spending account designated for wellness and learning.
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health resources.
  • Paid time off including holidays, sick leave, and parental leave.
  • On-site office amenities such as catered meals and sponsored events.
