In this position, you will own positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, end-to-end product launches, and sales enablement for commercial AI infrastructure offerings. You will articulate the relationship between open-source roots and commercial products while serving as a public spokesperson for the business. This opportunity suits an experienced product marketer with a strong technical background who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has previously worked within open-core organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging architecture, value frameworks, and proof points for the AI inference portfolio
- Monitor the AI inference and infrastructure competitive landscape to equip sales teams and define category direction

- Create persona and journey documentation for enterprise buyers including CIOs, VPs of Engineering, VPs of AI, and platform teams
- Produce sales enablement materials such as sales plays, discovery questions, objection handling, ROI models, and customer stories
- Provide pricing and packaging input based on enterprise buying and budgeting habits for AI infrastructure
- Differentiate the open-source project from the commercial product while aligning both narratives

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B enterprise software product marketing, focusing on infrastructure, developer, or data platform products

- Track record of taking technically ambitious products from zero to one in emerging categories
- Demonstrated ability to write and ship commercial copy independently
- Comfort working with high speed, rapid release cycles, and business ambiguity
Qualifications
- Direct marketing experience with AI or ML infrastructure, inference serving, GPU capacity, or MLOps
- Familiarity with the CNCF and PyTorch ecosystems
- Route-to-market experience utilizing hyperscalers or cloud marketplaces including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Training in a value messaging discipline like Command of the Message or an equivalent operationalized framework
