Job Description
Dutchie is a technology platform founded in 2017 that supports cannabis dispensaries and provides safe consumer access across North America. The company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for GTM Launch to operate within Revenue Operations. In this independent senior position, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of product and feature launches, guiding them from initial readiness through widespread adoption and measurable business impact.
This role acts as a bridge connecting Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement, Support, go-to-market divisions, and customers. You will independently manage complex release schedules, spot potential roadblocks before they require escalation, and handle change management strategies for both internal personnel and external clients. Success in this position relies on ensuring cross-functional groups stay aligned, teams are thoroughly prepared, and customers clearly understand the value of every new release.
The position is well-suited for an analytical professional experienced in SaaS go-to-market environments who excels at facilitation, risk management, and process optimization. You will regularly define and track success metrics, leverage data tools, and establish feedback loops to refine future launches. Dutchie provides a comprehensive total rewards package including equity, medical benefits, technological stipends, and flexible time off.

- Translate scope or timeline adjustments into clear understandings of downstream business impact
- Build robust product knowledge to address functionality questions without unnecessary escalations
- Collaborate with Technical Writing and Enablement to ensure release materials match product capabilities
- Establish clear pre-launch success metrics covering internal readiness, adoption, activation, sentiment, and support volume
- Monitor post-launch performance and engage early-adopter customers to discover friction and validate value
- Drive retrospectives utilizing launch data and customer feedback to improve future releases
- Enhance the launch operating system through process improvements, tooling, and automation
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize information, and identify risk patterns while verifying outputs
