This professional will handle complete recruitment life cycles across a designated portfolio, predominantly covering G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT domains, with potential shifting toward product hiring based on shifting operational demands. Team members gather periodically for designated in-person collaborative sessions known as surges.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring cycle from initial job intake to final candidate placement across a designated portfolio.
- Develop candidate pools via independent sourcing and competitive intelligence to maintain hiring speed.
- Collaborate with client group hiring managers to define search methods and ensure a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Maintain data accuracy and analyze pipeline metrics to evaluate efficiency and identify process blockages.
- Participate in recruitment workflow enhancements and experimental programs to scale global impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience within a tech firm or comparable rapid-growth setting.
- Track record of successfully closing competitive candidates in G&A or technical disciplines.
- Capacity to quickly adapt to unfamiliar job profiles and talent markets as organizational priorities shift.
- Comprehensive familiarity across all phases of the candidate journey from talent mapping to closing.
- Analytical capability to utilize recruiting metrics for actionable guidance provided to hiring managers.
- Responsible application of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, quality, and cost while preserving human supervision.
