Wise is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its team on-site in Hyderabad. In this role, the professional will focus on sourcing talent for Servicing groups, including Customer Support, Fincrime, AML, and KYC functions. The position involves driving talent management strategies to help scale the organization and support its overarching mission.
The successful candidate will manage full-cycle hiring processes while prioritizing candidate experience and partnership with hiring managers. Responsibilities include working alongside sourcers, using metrics to guide hiring decisions, optimizing recruitment workflows, and collaborating with People Operations on referral programs, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for candidates while maintaining alignment with company values
- Partner with hiring teams to build relationships and guide them through hiring procedures
- Collaborate with sourcers to evaluate the candidate market and attract top professionals
- Utilize data to shape hiring recommendations, evaluate recruitment bottlenecks, and refine processes for global scalability
- Work alongside People Operations and hiring teams on initiatives such as talent mapping, referral campaigns, and salary benchmarking
- Establish and expand local and international talent networks
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in hiring exceptional talent while offering strong partnership to candidates and hiring managers for eight or more years
Qualifications
- Proficiency with recruitment tooling, report generation, dashboard creation, and system implementation
- Strong capability in data-driven decision making and narrative building using metrics
- Flexibility to manage changing workloads and priorities
