This role suits a collaborative and proactive talent acquisition professional who enjoys strategic partnership and active sourcing. The position focuses on attracting top tech talent, particularly within cybersecurity and network security sales. Candidates will serve as trusted advisors to hiring managers, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and drive end-to-end recruitment operations. Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to provide market insights and build effective hiring plans
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring teams to attract and hire a diverse range of candidates using inclusive processes
- Execute creative direct sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn for cybersecurity and network security sales roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines and data integrity within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with the broader recruiting team on talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for technology roles, with a preference for cybersecurity or network security sales
- Proven background in direct candidate sourcing and engagement using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion efforts during the recruitment process
- Strong influencing skills alongside a proactive, results-driven mindset
