Wiz is seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Administrator to join its Business Systems Team. Wiz is a fast-growing cloud and AI security startup powered by Google, trusted by more than sixty-five percent of the Fortune 100 to protect cloud infrastructure.
In this role, you will act as a primary technical owner of the Quote-to-Cash architecture with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to design, implement, and optimize pricing engines, product catalogs, and contracting pipelines. This position suits an experienced administrator who can combine declarative mastery with programmatic customization to build scalable revenue systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce CPQ to translate commercial models into scalable solutions.
- Write, test, and maintain custom JavaScript inside the CPQ Quote Calculator Plugin for advanced pricing algorithms and complex bundle configurations.
- Build and optimize Price Rules, Product Rules, and search filters for optimal performance and calculation speed.
- Design and govern enterprise-grade Salesforce Flows and process automations.
- Utilize AI development tools to speed up scripting, refactor legacy configurations, and triage system issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to guide end-to-end Quote-to-Cash enhancements and resolve production blockers.
- Manage sandbox lifecycles, deployments, and version control utilizing Gearset Pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Minimum of 5 years focusing deeply on enterprise-grade Salesforce CPQ or Agentforce Revenue Management in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience writing, testing, and debugging custom JavaScript within the Salesforce CPQ Quote Calculator Plugin.
- Mastery of Price Rules, Product Rules, Bundles, Summary Variables, Custom Actions, and Advanced Approvals.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow architecture and design patterns.
- Working knowledge of Quote-to-Cash lifecycles, contract amendments, renewals, multi-currency quoting, and downstream billing touchpoints.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based without visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Experience integrating generative AI coding and reasoning tools into configuration, script generation, and testing workflows.
- Diagnostic skills to trace and resolve calculation bottlenecks and data anomalies across rules and scripts.
- Experience managing technical debt and sprint deliverables autonomously in an Agile or Scrum environment using Jira or similar platforms.
- Communication skills necessary to explain technical constraints and design patterns to non-technical business leaders.
