DeepHealth seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to operate remotely on a full-time basis, functioning as the primary technical authority for Salesforce and CPQ-CLM within Commercial Operations. This role suits an experienced professional who can manage CRM integrations, oversee Service Jira connectivity, and assist the Sales division with daily technical concerns. The person in this position must operate during North American Eastern Standard Time business hours and be authorized to work in India.
The individual will take charge of the Salesforce architecture, ensuring secure data models, efficient automation, and structured release planning. Key duties involve designing enterprise integrations via APIs or middleware, evolving the Jira service integration, and refining Salesforce CPQ and CLM functionalities such as pricing rules and quote templates. Additionally, the expert will deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 user support, translate commercial needs into scalable frameworks, and enforce proper governance and documentation standards.
This position requires collaboration with another Salesforce Architect, commercial leaders, and sales analysts across multiple time zones. Candidates should possess extensive Salesforce engineering and leadership experience, relevant certifications, and familiarity with lead-to-cash processes. Occasional domestic or international travel of up to ten percent may be requested.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce architecture encompassing data models, security frameworks, release strategies, and automation.
- Drive CRM integration initiatives with enterprise applications through APIs and middleware platforms.
- Evolve and maintain the Service Jira integration by handling field mapping, workflows, and issue resolution.
- Design and optimize Salesforce CPQ and CLM systems including approval processes, contract lifecycles, and pricing rules.
- Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to resolve internal user inquiries and perform root-cause analysis.
- Translate commercial requirements into scalable technical solutions with effort estimates.
- Establish governance measures including change management, documentation, technical debt reduction, and testing.
- Coordinate handoffs with co-workers across time zones and review the work of administrators and developers.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years of total Salesforce experience
- At least five years working in an architect or senior technical lead capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Enterprise Setup and Architecture Design
- Familiarity with integrations utilizing REST and SOAP APIs or middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Workato
- Strong proficiency in declarative configuration, Apex, LWC, and Flow
- Ability to work independently within a remote, cross-time-zone team and communicate clearly in English
- Commitment to working during US Eastern business hours and supporting critical releases outside standard windows
- Authorization to work in India
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and CLM
- Understanding of lead-to-cash cycles, quotation management, and contract workflows
- Possession of Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CPQ Specialist credentials
- Prior exposure to Service Cloud and DevOps tooling like CI/CD and Git
- Experience supporting US-based business teams from an offshore location
