Wrapbook seeks a Senior SMB Digital Success Lead to spearhead its Commercial SMB operations. Operating as a remote position within the United States and Canada, this full-time role focuses on creating proactive, AI-driven engagement models to optimize onboarding, retention, and expansion for small and medium-sized business customers. Wrapbook builds an AI platform for production finance utilized in feature films, television, and commercials by major entertainment companies. The ideal candidate has experience building and running AI workflows, designing scalable success processes, and acting as the central point of contact across internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Commercial SMB business end-to-end, serving as the sole point of contact across Sales, Partners, and Support.
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention across the SMB customer base using AI-assisted engagement strategies.
- Develop and refine the SMB onboarding curriculum and delivery based on customer feedback and support data.
- Lead the deployment of AI agents for the SMB segment, collaborating with the AI team from requirements gathering to adoption.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to identify expansion and Mid-Market opportunities and align account coverage.
- Analyze front-line customer feedback to inform product and process improvements across the organization.
- Document and share successful workflows and playbooks to scale commercial success practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success or another customer-facing role with a history of managing retention and expansion.
- Practical skill in building, tuning, and operating AI agents and automated workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in program ownership and process design.
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship.

- Prior background working in the commercial entertainment or FinTech industries.
