Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager to join the Talent Programs team within People Success. Operating remotely, this position is responsible for shaping how the organization evaluates and selects talent at scale. In this capacity, you will own the entire lifecycle of selection and assessment initiatives, partnering closely with cross-functional centers of excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR operations, talent program management, or specialized applied research, and excels at driving structured frameworks from conception to deployment. You will collaborate with People Analytics to measure success, pilot innovative assessment technologies, and develop interviewer enablement materials that support equitable, high-caliber hiring choices across the company.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end selection and assessment programs, establishing frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes for consistent hiring decisions.
- Manage cross-functional program execution alongside Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech by building detailed project plans and aligning stakeholders.
- Develop scalable interviewer enablement programs covering structured interview methods, scorecards, and bias-reduction practices.
- Lead change management strategies for new assessment programs through communications, enablement materials, and adoption tracking.
- Partner with People Analytics to establish key performance indicators, validate program effectiveness, and iterate on evaluation criteria using data.
- Research and pilot new assessment tools, vendor solutions, and evaluation techniques to establish a framework for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in HR program management, talent operations, or people-focused management consulting.
- Proven history of managing concurrent cross-functional programs from initial concept through execution with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience designing structured interview processes, evaluation frameworks, or assessment rubrics at a technology company.
- Data fluency encompassing KPI definition, hiring outcome analysis, and translating findings into recommendations for leadership.
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and cost.
Qualifications
- Preferred background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods with experience applying selection science.
