Job Description

Tide is hiring an SEO and ASO Copywriter in Delhi to drive organic growth across web and mobile. The role owns search engine and app store optimization strategy, aiming to bring high-intent organic visitors and sign-ups to Tide's MSME-focused financial products. Those products range from fixed deposits and insurance to lending, prepaid cards and business accounts.

On the SEO side, the job covers keyword and competitor research, improving site structure, internal links and product landing pages, and technical fixes covering how pages are crawled and indexed, page-speed metrics and structured data. It also covers a content plan with blogs, buyer guides, side-by-side comparison pages, FAQ hubs and user-generated content, plus tracking of the organic funnel. Managing agencies, freelancers and internal resources is part of the role.

On the app store side, the goal is to grow organic installs on Android and iOS by refining listing copy, screenshots, preview videos and localized text, running keyword expansion, competitor benchmarks and A/B tests, and lifting ratings, reviews and listing-to-install conversion. Analysis draws on GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush and app analytics tools, with reporting on acquisition return and the aim of relying less on paid channels.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on SEO and ASO work, ideally in fintech or BFSI, and a record of scaling organic acquisition. They understand MSME user behavior, digital lending and the RBI compliance environment, and turn insight into action. The posting also asks for roughly three years in a content role, strong copywriting and proofreading skills, and the ability to match Tide's tone of voice.
