In this full-time role, the selected candidate will act as the primary organic search expert, managing a portfolio of four to six accounts. The position centers on developing strategies, building client relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and testing generative artificial intelligence applications in search. Responsibilities
- Design and execute organic search strategies across multiple client accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and lead recurring status calls
- Translate high-level strategy into structured, time-bound tactical roadmaps and content systems
- Analyze performance data utilizing industry platforms to uncover actionable trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with measurement, creative, and paid media internal teams
- Research emerging trends in search and artificial intelligence to refine methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of agency experience
- Three to five or more years of total relevant marketing or search engine optimization experience
- Hands-on background optimizing for artificial intelligence search through practical testing
- Proficiency with analytics and search platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into digestible insights for clients
- Experience developing content strategies based on audience, keyword, and competitor research
