Responsibilities
- Head front-end initiatives establishing the company as a benchmark for product and brand marketing
- Partner with growth and marketing groups to run A/B tests on landing pages across various channels
- Build and deploy scalable applications, web services, and APIs prioritizing performance and user experience
- Contribute to the design system and maintain high-level user interface standards for layouts and interactions
- Enhance engineering tools and procedures to scale codebases and boost team output
- Resolve bugs efficiently with prompt, quality solutions
- Produce technical documentation and maintain internal tools for other teams
- Review peer code contributions and offer constructive feedback
- Identify and optimize funnel bottlenecks to improve speed, conversion rates, and reliability
- Evaluate foundational aspects of the application to guarantee easy maintenance and future growth
Requirements
- At least five years of professional frontend engineering experience using tools like JavaScript, React, or Tailwind CSS
- Strong proficiency in Next.js alongside familiarity with modern frontend frameworks
- Full-stack capability to design or consume APIs and work with various services
- Solid understanding of search engine optimization principles focusing on performance, accessibility, and search visibility
- Demonstrated knowledge of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing concepts
