The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating, constructing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems
- Develop innovative solutions for user, group, and membership management with a focus on security and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional and peer teams to deliver large-scale projects
- Operate and maintain services at high scale, including participation in scheduled on-call rotations
- Implement identity synchronization and lifecycle management solutions utilizing SCIM and related standards
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable applications
- Build and maintain enterprise software using TypeScript, REST APIs, and JSON
Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect
- Familiarity with web protocols including XML, SOAP, JSON, and REST
- Understanding of access control models such as RBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC
- Experience with SQL and cloud-native SQL or NoSQL databases
- Practical background in developing and improving Node.js applications
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
