The organization is currently hiring a remote Solution Architect or Technical Implementation Manager to join its Professional Services department. This engineering-adjacent position focuses on guiding customers through rapid, sustainable, and scalable platform integrations. The person in this role will act as a technical advisor and problem-solver, leading implementation projects and addressing challenges within the content localization sector.
The position requires close collaboration with both business and technical users to gather requirements, analyze data, and create robust integration designs. Ideal candidates are comfortable handling complex technical challenges, guiding stakeholders through changes, and leading workshops to resolve customer issues. Applicants must be based in the East or Central time zones of the United States. Responsibilities
- Engage with business and technical users to gather project requirements and analyze information for scalable solution designs
- Manage process changes proactively alongside stakeholders to keep implementations moving forward
- Deliver support to customers and lead workshops and troubleshooting meetings with client technical teams
- Promote platform best practices to encourage integration adoption and long-term customer success
- Explore new technologies, build new tools, and contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical design role
- Minimum 2 years of applied experience with modern web technologies including HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Proficiency with at least one programming or scripting language for reading and writing scripts
- Location within the East or Central time zones
- A home office setup equipped with a strong internet connection, a quiet space, and a professional background suitable for remote work
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with Content Delivery Networks, web servers, and proxy technologies like Nginx
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems
- Software development background
- Experience with file engineering and regular expressions
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, Kibana, or similar technologies
- Background in translation, localization, or internationalization processes, or fluency in multiple languages
