Figma is hiring a Solutions Consultant to join its enterprise team in Austin. In this position, the professional will serve as a bridge between business context and technical expertise to help enterprise customers understand the potential of the platform.
This role suits an autonomous, life-long learner with a strong background in software sales engineering who enjoys presenting technology visions and guiding complex evaluations. Responsibilities include partnering with sales representatives to drive revenue, leading product demonstrations, and managing security and IT dialogues throughout the sales cycle. Candidates will also create helpful content and collaborate internally with product teams to influence future platform updates.
The position is available as a full-time job based out of the Austin hub, with options for US-based remote work or other company hubs. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $152,800 to $296,000 USD, supplemented by equity, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other corporate perks.
Responsibilities
- Illustrate the vision of the platform through product presentations and demonstrations
- Partner with the sales division to answer platform inquiries and speed up digital product delivery for clients
- Manage IT and security discussions during deals by completing security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs
- Work alongside product and support groups to spot opportunities for security enhancements and guide product updates
- Design and scale technical sales procedures while connecting clients, sales personnel, and product staff
- Develop content for customers and internal colleagues regarding the platform
- Establish success criteria and lead technical presales evaluations
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- At least 4 years of solution consulting or sales engineering experience within a SaaS environment
- Front-end development or developer lifecycle background
- Ability to prioritize competing customer demands against business needs
Qualifications
- Familiarity with using Figma or other UX/UI tools
- Demonstrated capability to adapt to new technologies and learn rapidly
