Job Description

Doppler is looking for a Sr. Growth Product Manager to take charge of its self-serve growth engine. Doppler provides a developer-first secrets management platform designed to help engineers and security teams securely store application configurations and secrets across any cloud infrastructure.

This role suits an experienced product professional who wants to build an experimentation practice from scratch and collaborate with a dedicated growth engineering pod. The position requires owning key metrics including visit-to-signup rates, activation, free-to-paid upgrades, trials, and PLG-to-sales qualification paths. • Partner with marketing to optimize web pages, pricing strategies, and demo forms prior to signup
  • Identify early user actions that predict paying accounts and shorten the path to syncing the first secret
  • Own upgrade pathways, plan limits, paywalls, and checkout processes alongside leadership and finance
  • Establish the company testing roadmap, tools, workflows, and success criteria for high-impact experiments
  • Collaborate on onboarding campaigns and drive feature adoption for newly launched products
  • Define product usage thresholds that indicate when self-serve accounts are ready to route to sales
  • Help build the growth team by hiring engineers and working with design on shipping velocity and workflows
  • Construct the growth model, establish funnel strategies, and report on progress to leadership and investors

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years in product management experience
  • At least three years owning a self-serve or product-led growth funnel end-to-end at a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI coding tools alongside a perspective on the AI agent ecosystem
  • Demonstrated history of experiments that measurably increased revenue or conversion metrics
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and using experimentation or feature flagging tools like PostHog, Statsig, LaunchDarkly, or Amplitude
  • Strong technical depth and developer-experience intuition regarding CLIs, documentation, and error messages
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and asynchronously in a written format

Qualifications

  • Background working at a developer-tool, infrastructure, or security company
  • Experience with pricing and packaging changes at a SaaS or developer-tools company, including usage-based or seat-based models
  • Previous tenure at an organization transitioning from product-led growth to enterprise sales
  • Past experience in security, DevOps, or infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and website funnel optimization

Benefits

  • Premium health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision
