In this position, the professional will focus heavily on enhancing Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Agentforce capabilities to support billing operations and deliver AI-powered workflows.
The role involves collaborating closely with engineers, systems analysts, and solutions architects to translate business needs into scalable technical designs within an agile environment. Responsibilities range from writing custom code to leading complex integrations across go-to-market and back-office systems. The candidate will also mentor junior team members and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain platform health.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete development lifecycle for custom Salesforce solutions, covering design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Build and customize features within Sales Cloud, CPQ, and related revenue operations tools to manage the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Design AI-driven workflows and copilot experiences using Agentforce alongside Business Technology and AI groups.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to turn business needs into secure technical architecture.
- Direct complex development initiatives and third-party integrations across back-office and go-to-market software stacks.
- Contribute to and refine development standards, version control branching strategies, and CI/CD patterns.
- Mentor junior staff by delivering technical oversight, feedback, and leading code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues through root cause analysis to sustain platform performance.
Requirements
- Possess eight or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience creating custom applications and integrations.
- Demonstrate in-depth and mandatory proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Have experience building Agentforce-based solutions, automated workflows, and AI-powered experiences on Salesforce.
- Show expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Bring familiarity with Salesforce APIs and complex system integrations.
- Use development tools like Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Utilize AI coding assistants, specifically Claude Code, for accelerated development.
- Understand secure coding methods, performance tuning, and scalable architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hold Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
- Possess additional certifications in CPQ or as an Agentforce Specialist as a strong plus.
