Job Description

The company is currently hiring a Sr. Technical Program Manager I to join its Product and Innovation team. This remote role is open to candidates based in Bulgaria, where the employee will report directly to the Director of Technical Program and Operations.
The person in this position will act as a bridge between technical groups and product-focused divisions, interacting frequently with engineering teams, product leadership, executives, and external vendors. Responsibilities include tracking enterprise initiatives, building schedules, establishing scalable processes, addressing risks, and providing clear status reports to senior leadership.
This opportunity is well-suited for a professional with background in program or change management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis and possess fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor programme progress across enterprise initiatives and external partnerships
- Establish project timelines, adhere to milestones, and align team members across concurrent workstreams
- Design scalable processes to accommodate organizational expansion across Product, Engineering, and UX
- Identify and prioritize emerging issues alongside cross-functional partners
- Detect risk factors and build mitigation strategies utilizing independent judgment
- Deliver regular status reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate transparent communication among diverse teams and working styles
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all programme documentation and data
- Manage daily operations of project management software platforms
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Change Management, or leading large organization-wide initiatives
- Experience managing processes across different departments and aligning various stakeholders
- Familiarity with API platforms and technical literacy to evaluate dependencies and risks with engineering teams
- Track record of taking projects from initiation through final completion
- Strong problem-solving abilities for navigating complex and ambiguous situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience operating in a high-growth company environment
- Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis
