As a Staff Mobile Engineer, you will design, create, and maintain application features across multiple business units. This position involves guiding technical strategy, collaborating with cross-functional product teams, and participating in the Flutter Community of Practice to shape the platform's future.
This role suits an experienced mobile developer who enjoys taking ownership of engineering practices, mentoring team members, and delivering high-performance user interfaces. You will work with a modern tech stack utilizing Flutter and Dart in a modular architecture.

Responsibilities
- Design and build features for the product catalogue across multiple business domains
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary agile teams including product owners, designers, and engineers
- Define technical vision and product strategies for business areas
- Act as a technical lead advocating for data-driven best practices and software quality
- Mentor less-experienced developers and contribute to team wellbeing
- Participate in the Flutter Community of Practice to improve processes
Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience as a Software Engineer working with Flutter, native mobile for iOS or Android, or React Native
- Familiarity with popular Flutter libraries, developer tools, and the Flutter lifecycle
- Experience building complex mobile applications and sleek user interfaces shipped to customers
- Background in writing testable code with a focus on automated testing
- Experience leveraging automation and tooling centered around continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
