Pinterest operates an online platform where global users discover creative ideas, plan projects, and find inspiration throughout their consumer journey. The company seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for Ads Measurement & Optimization.
In this capacity, the professional will shape how identity, conversion, and measurement signals help advertisers find new customers, assess incremental value, and refine bidding strategies. This role suits an experienced product leader with strong quantitative expertise who can connect measurement insights with campaign decisions to enhance advertiser performance.
The position requires working on site 1 to 2 times per quarter for in-person collaboration, allowing the individual to be located anywhere within the United States. Relocation assistance is not offered for this opening.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and full lifecycle execution for solutions applying Pinterest signals to enhance new-customer acquisition, incrementality, and bidding optimization
- Collaborate cross-functional with engineering, data science, design, research, product marketing management, sales, partnerships, legal, privacy, and policy teams
- Deliver measurement solutions that meet standards for product-market fit, methodological rigor, regulatory compliance, and durability
- Develop a product suite designed to maximize incremental reach and performance outcomes for advertisers
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related function
- At least 3 to 5 years of focused experience working with ads or marketing measurement
- Demonstrated ability to define new products and strategies within ambiguous environments
- Experience executing product plans from initial ideation and multi-quarter roadmaps through go-to-market and adoption phases
- Familiarity with identity frameworks, first-person data, advertiser objectives, and evaluation metrics across the customer lifecycle
- Background working alongside engineering, data science, analytics, research, or product marketing management teams
- Quantitative judgment regarding attribution, incrementality, experimentation, brand lift, conversion lift, and trade-offs
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience dealing with creator, influencer, branded-content, social, video, commerce, or organic-and-paid measurement
- Experience building advertiser-facing measurement products or collaborating with agencies, creators, and marketing science teams
- Background in designing, executing, or analyzing incrementality or lift experiments
