The selected candidate will own feature quality across the development lifecycle, build automated mobile and web test coverage, and help pioneer AI-driven workflows to accelerate testing processes.
The role operates out of the Menlo Park office with a requirement to attend in-person at least three days per week. Compensation is determined by geographic location across specific compensation zones, featuring a base pay range between $179,000 and $210,000 USD for Zone 1 locations such as Menlo Park, alongside eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage the quality assurance of new features from planning through execution and feedback phases
- Design and deploy testing strategies for P0 product releases, covering both frontend and backend systems
- Execute manual and automated testing routines centered on end-to-end functionality
- Develop automated E2E test cases for mobile and web platforms
- Construct test coverage representing authentic user interactions across functional, regression, and exploratory types
- Collaborate with a contractor team to manage regression test cycles
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in testing mobile and web applications within fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of QA principles, test case creation, and execution practices
- Practical experience utilizing UI automation technologies including Appium, Selenium, and Playwright
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or Java
- Familiarity with bug tracking software like Jira and test case management utilities like TestRail
- Ability to work from the Menlo Park office at least three days per week
