The position involves leveraging data and artificial intelligence tools to build automated workflows, conduct research, and accelerate analytical cycles.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives focused on the company's primary growth goals
- Spearholder B-Stock expansion into fresh offerings, partnerships, and segments using company data and network relationships
- Build frameworks to spot market growth opportunities and guide executive decision-making
- Implement AI-driven workflows and automations within the strategy and operations team to scale output and reduce analysis time
- Establish and manage the organizational operating rhythm encompassing planning cycles and business reviews
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional background in strategy, consulting, finance, or business operations
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience building spreadsheet models and structuring ambiguous problems
- Demonstrated history of driving initiatives from strategic planning through execution and delivery
- Clear communication abilities to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executives
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into analytical workflows to develop automations or multi-step procedures
Qualifications
- Background working in retail, logistics, supply chain, or two-sided marketplaces
- Exposure to reverse logistics, the circular economy, or product returns
- Experience launching a new product, segment, or initiative from zero to one
