This position acts as a consultative technical advisor rather than a standard break-fix resource, helping clients accelerate time-to-value while providing a critical feedback loop to product and sales teams.
This role suits professionals with a background in support, engineering, or field organizations who enjoy troubleshooting complex technical problems across multiple layers. Daily tasks involve resolving customer issues, building technical documentation, participating in on-call rotations, and identifying platform expansion opportunities. As an early hire in the support department, this individual will work closely with leadership and company co-founders to shape the future direction of support operations. Candidates can work remotely or from company hubs located in New York City, San Francisco, and São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the support team on-call rotation
- Service technical customer issues to meet contractual SLAs and drive them to resolution
- Create technical content such as documentation, videos, and knowledge base articles to capture best practices
- Build customer relationships through trusted advice and delivery of support obligations
- Collaborate with sales, solutions architects, and implementation engineers to maintain continuity across the customer journey
- Coordinate with field and product teams to inform customer-facing roadmaps
- Stay updated on the latest product features and releases
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of support processes, tooling, and knowledge bases
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals including VPN, SSH, and firewalls
- Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
- Cross-stack troubleshooting ability spanning data input, cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and model inference performance
- Working knowledge of computer vision and machine learning pipeline practices across data, training, and deployments on edge devices like Nvidia Jetson
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts and technical issues while prioritizing based on impact and urgency
Qualifications
- Experience connecting and troubleshooting camera-based edge devices such as webcams, Nvidia Jetson, and Raspberry Pi along with their data streams
- Prior professional services, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience focused on complex challenges and business value
- Demonstrated ability to connect technical solutions to tangible business value and return on investment
