Sutherland is hiring a Team Manager for an insurance claims support program, on-site in Taguig, Manila. The manager ensures service quality, builds strategies from data reports, plans training for staff, and makes sure the team follows disability and leave processes such as short-term, long-term and FMLA claims.
Responsibilities
- Keep clients and team members informed and resolve their issues
- Produce data-based strategies that affect the bottom line
- Identify training needs for staff on program skills and knowledge
- Ensure process compliance across team members and third-party providers
Requirements
- At least 3 years as a team manager
- At least 3 years in disability or life insurance
- At least 3 years in an inbound contact center
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any course, preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
