Base pay ranges from $148,835 to $175,100 annually, with the final amount depending on geographic location.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical programs centered on improving systems, tools, and workflows for AI-assisted discovery, internal support knowledge, and customer self-service.
- Coordinate cross-functional groups across engineering, product, and partner teams to turn unstructured data and taxonomies into technical specifications, schemas, and execution plans.
- Oversee planning and implementation for workflow automation, content management system upgrades, metadata enhancements, and modernization of knowledge systems.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Systems leads to ensure content is accurate, structured for machine-readability, and properly governed prior to launch.
- Establish and run operational cadences for technical projects, handling roadmap tracking, dependency management, delivery accountability, and risk escalation.
- Find methods to cut manual tasks, boost scalability, and decouple headcount growth from business complexity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, systems implementation, or operational program leadership within cross-functional settings.
- Familiarity with information retrieval architectures like vector databases, RAG, and LLM orchestration tools, alongside content management systems and structured data models.
- Demonstrated ability to connect technical decisions to business performance, customer impact, usability, and compliance risk.
- Background in turning operational strategies into technical requirements, tooling investments, and data schemas.
