Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage TOC operations during an assigned shift
• Utilize enterprise monitoring tools and partner with IT and business units to refine monitoring practices
• Identify and escalate business issues while tracking problems through to resolution
• Create documentation, procedures, and runbooks independently
• Send maintenance notifications within established Service Level Agreements
• Report status updates on issues and programs to management
• Support engineering teams with security vulnerability management and patching
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments utilizing AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline
• Access Linux and command line servers directly to initiate expiring certificate updates
• Provision, decommission, and manage SSL/TLS certificates and generate CSRs for websites and internal tools like GitHub
• Coordinate with Certificate Authorities to order and renew certificates

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology within a Technology Operations or DevOps environment
• Availability to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and scheduled on-call duties
• Proficiency with command line interfaces in Linux environments
• Experience utilizing problem and incident management tools
• Capability to create operational processes with minimal guidance

Qualifications

• Familiarity with software architectural patterns and cloud-based technologies
• Experience implementing AI-based solutions for monitoring and automation
• Experience working with vendors, carriers, and suppliers for service provisioning
• Experience collaborating with Certificate Authorities to provision and renew SSL/TLS certificates with zero downtime
• Experience with Datadog, Amazon Web Services, Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Statuspage, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude
