Job Description
Careem is looking for a Training and Quality Executive to join the onboarding group for partners at Dineout, which works with restaurant partners on the Careem app. The role is hybrid, full-time and based in Dubai. It joins quality assurance with partner capability building, so the holder runs the cycle from audit findings through to better onboarding, sharper training materials and stronger partner performance.
On the training side, the executive would run onboarding for new partners and refresher sessions for those already live, keep procedures, decks and quick-reference aids current, and gauge retention through quizzes and practical checks. On the quality side, they would examine catalogue data such as menus, prices, imagery and promotions on a regular cycle, grade it against set scorecards, pinpoint why errors keep recurring, and report movement in the numbers.
The executive would also gather fresh menus, photos and offers from partners so that app listings stay correct, help partners refine their listings and campaigns, and work through customer complaints with them. Careem describes itself as moving into an AI-driven phase and seeks people who can use AI to make operations and training run better.
The ideal candidate has a background in running training, QA or managing partners, preferably from quick-commerce, restaurant delivery or online retail companies.
