Job Description
This UX Writer position at Salla sits within the Tamheer programme. Salla operates an online commerce platform in Saudi Arabia that helps merchants open, run and expand their businesses. Its offering spans storefronts, payments, shipping, order handling and marketing. The writer shapes how merchants experience the product by producing content that is clear, useful and easy to follow.
The job is practical and suits someone who wants to sharpen UX writing inside a live product, and who wants to see how content choices get made at scale. The listing notes that the writing reaches thousands of merchants. The writer works with product teams to simplify complicated flows so merchants can move around the platform with confidence.
Day-to-day tasks include drafting concise, consistent interface text for buttons, forms, error notices, tooltips, alerts and onboarding screens. The writer also produces in-product guidance, longer product copy and emails, collaborates with product managers on content that serves both users and business aims, and works with product designers in Figma so words and visuals form one coherent experience. Tone should stay consistent across touchpoints, and the wording should adapt to different users and audience groups.
Candidates need to qualify for the Tamheer Program. The listing also sets an employment-history condition tied to GOSI registration. The post is full-time and on-site. No salary is stated.
