The person in this role will build brand awareness, enhance viewer engagement, and boost business expansion by producing both short-form and long-form visual assets.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong visual eye and narrative skills, handling tasks ranging from color grading and audio cleanup to motion graphics and multi-platform exporting. Responsibilities involve partnering with marketing and creative personnel, managing revisions through platforms like Frame.io and Google Drive, and maintaining orderly project libraries. Responsibilities
- Transform unedited footage into polished material for social networks, advertising campaigns, web pages, internal education, and brand storytelling
- Construct compelling narratives through proper pacing, visual flow, transitions, and sequencing
- Integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, captions, callouts, and logos to maintain branding consistency
- Align audio and video tracks accurately while performing noise reduction, audio mastering, and sound balancing
- Apply color correction and color grading for professional final outputs
- Export media optimized for platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and corporate sites across multiple aspect ratios

Requirements
