Cloudbeds is hiring a Website Onboarding Specialist to join the Website Services Team for the Thailand region. In this capacity, the professional will deliver outstanding customer account management, create professional hospitality websites using an in-house platform, and help hoteliers increase reservations. Working hours for this role are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Thailand Local Time, corresponding to 2:00 AM to 11:00 UTC.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in customer service or professional services onboarding, coupled with technical familiarity in website design. This remote position requires effective communication, emotional intelligence, fluency in English, a dependable internet connection, and valid work authorization in the designated location without the need for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Design and conceptualize professional hospitality websites for global clients utilizing an in-house website builder
- Oversee website onboarding projects and manage service delivery timelines across multiple accounts
- Maintain all records and task management systems related to website service delivery
- Communicate directly with clients through video calls, emails, and voice calls
- Partner with a team of website designers to ensure websites launch punctually
- Evaluate potential customer inquiries and assist with website service scoping
- Examine website errors, offer support, and research ways to enhance website services
- Handle internal escalations and coordinate with other teams to share onboarding updates and resolve issues
- Deploy graphic design tools to craft visual elements matching client branding
- Research and produce content swiftly to build websites efficiently
- Address client complaints and participate in the development of service improvement projects
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Background in customer service or professional services onboarding

Qualifications
- One year or more of website design and development experience
- One year or more of HTML and CSS experience
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Canva
