Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations spanning front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Oversee property finances including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and meeting profitability goals
- Drive revenue performance through sales and revenue management practices like ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy targets
- Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction, analyze feedback, and handle escalated guest issues
- Recruit, train, and guide department heads and employees while establishing performance objectives
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, licensing, and brand or ownership regulations
- Supervise facility maintenance, manage vendor contracts, and oversee capital improvement initiatives
- Provide regular performance and priority reports to ownership and executive management
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of hotel management background
- At least two to three years of experience working as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and property financial ownership
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, sales, and revenue management
