In this position, the professional will spearhead multi-year account planning, navigate complex procurement and regulatory environments, and drive annual recurring revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver expansion annual recurring revenue quotas and renewal targets for Enterprise and Government accounts
- Design and implement strategic, multi-year plans aimed at long-term value expansion
- Conduct discovery sessions involving executive, technical, security, procurement, and end-user stakeholders
- Navigate regulatory, compliance, and procurement procedures specific to public sector and enterprise clients
- Execute complex expansion negotiations characterized by extended sales cycles and higher average selling prices
- Utilize the Meddpicc sales methodology throughout the client assignment book
- Proactively oversee pricing strategies and renewal risks to protect net retention rate performance
- Maintain forecasting accuracy and commercial inspection rigor
- Collaborate cross-functional partners to match expansion strategies with portfolio roadmaps and delivery capacity
- Coordinate a team approach for internal resources and elevate account planning standards
Requirements
- Ten or more years of relevant professional experience
- Significant background in managing Enterprise or Government account portfolios
- Demonstrated capability in driving complex renewals and expansion outcomes
- Strong executive presence paired with strategic negotiation abilities
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks and procurement processes
- Ability to travel as needed for internal and client meetings
