Job Description
Xendit operates as a financial technology platform that provides businesses with a single infrastructure layer for payment acceptance, payouts, treasury, and financial services. The company currently seeks a commercial Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of high-potential clients across Greater China and Southeast Asia. This role suits a strategic, data-driven professional who can act as a growth architect for emerging e-commerce brands and local technology companies, rather than handling routine client check-ins.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the portfolio profit and loss, driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling services such as foreign exchange, pay-ins, and payouts. Responsibilities include building multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborating internally with engineering, product, compliance, and legal teams to shape regional strategy. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of the Malaysian and Thai markets, regional payment landscapes, and cross-border payment flows.
This is a full-time, on-site role that requires professional proficiency in both English and Chinese. Individuals who thrive in zero-to-one environments, demonstrate founder-like mentalities, and excel at navigating complex procurement processes will find alignment with the company culture.
