The organization is currently hiring a full-time Solutions Engineer to operate in a client-facing capacity within the regional and global go-to-market organization.
In this position, the professional acts as a primary technical bridge between enterprise clients and internal product and engineering departments. The role involves working alongside Account Executives and Account Managers to navigate complex sales cycles, understand client requirements, design payment architecture, and oversee technical implementations from discovery to launch. Key duties encompass leading technical discovery sessions, building proofs of concept, authoring RFP responses, and channeling client feedback back to product teams.
This role suits individuals with a technical background who enjoy working directly with prospective enterprise customers, troubleshooting API integrations, and translating complex financial technology capabilities into clear business value. Candidates must be prepared for periodic domestic travel based on project needs and key client milestones.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand prospect needs and design payment solutions utilizing the product suite including acquiring, foreign exchange, payouts, and stablecoin remittances.
- Conduct technical discovery meetings with prospective client leadership to map out infrastructure and integration requirements.
- Create solution diagrams, integration guides, and technical proposal documents for enterprise client RFPs and RFIs.
- Manage and scope technical proofs of concept and guide clients through sandbox testing and integration planning.
- Capture and relay client feedback, feature requests, and market trends to internal product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance groups to address regulatory and technical questions during sales cycles.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Integration Consultant.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, and SDKs, with the ability to read and debug code and build working prototypes.
- Demonstrated experience working with regional and global enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
- Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, foreign exchange, and payouts.
