In this role, the Acquisitions Director will guide prospective clients through ground lease buyout transactions. The professional will cultivate an independent customer pipeline, handle deal origination from initial contact to closing, structure terms with property owners, and meet specific performance targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline from initial engagement to executed closing
- Act as the primary advisor to prospective clients throughout the ground lease buyout procedure
- Evaluate prospective opportunities and structure preliminary transaction terms with property owners
- Manage origination pipelines to meet defined monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Contribute to product innovation and strategic initiatives to support the company's competitive standing
- Build expertise within the infrastructure investment and telecommunications sectors
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or bring four or more years of business-to-consumer sales experience
- Demonstrate natural sales ability and strong business acumen
