The firm seeks an AI Engineer I to join the Gia AI Engineering division.
This team member will focus on developing pipelines, integrations, analytics models, and agent workflows that support go-to-market operations. The position suits professionals skilled in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms who want to build language model applications and data infrastructure for global business solutions. The role offers an annual gross fixed salary range between EUR 56,000 and EUR 70,000, along with variable compensation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data pipelines connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and Databricks
- Oversee go-to-market analytics models and metric dashboards
- Deploy large language model agents and automation tools tailored for Sales, Marketing, and Finance operations
- Implement production-ready integrations complete with testing procedures and monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of production experience using Python and SQL
- Strong proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts
- Experience working with a cloud data platform, with a preference for AWS
- Demonstrated background in large language model application development encompassing prompting, tool use, and evaluations
- Experience building REST API integrations
- Familiarity with Git-based engineering practices
Qualifications
- Experience handling Customer Relationship Management data from Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience utilizing Databricks or Snowflake data platforms
