PerfectServe is seeking a remote Analyst, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships to join its team. Operating as a portfolio company of K1 Investment Management, the organization delivers clinical communication, scheduling technology, and workflow automation solutions for healthcare providers across acute and non-acute markets.
In this early-career position, the individual will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and collaborate with executives, the board of directors, and outside advisors. The role focuses heavily on proactive off-market sourcing, building deal pipelines through cold outreach, managing target relationships, and supporting the mechanics of live acquisitions and partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets via proactive, off-market research and outreach
- Conduct cold calls and emails to owners, founders, and executives to spark interest and initiate relationships
- Unearth prospective opportunities through industry forums, conferences, trade associations, and online communities
- Maintain up-to-date tracking of pipeline relationships, upcoming steps, and follow-up schedules
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to foster future deal flow
- Advance prospects through the funnel by coordinating initial calls, maintaining momentum, and driving deals forward
- Construct models and analyses to evaluate deal screening and synergy sizing
- Assist with internal commercial, financial, clinical, product, HR, and technology due diligence workstreams
- Draft board and investor-ready materials including decks, one-pagers, and financial summaries
- Manage live transaction mechanics such as data rooms, trackers, and timelines
- Maintain a structured overview of partner and channel relationships, next steps, and performance metrics
- Help negotiate and document partnership and referral agreements alongside legal and deal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives with the CEO, CSO, and other leaders
Requirements
- Possess at least two years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, sales, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrate comfort and resilience with cold outreach
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
- Show willingness to handle foundational and unglamorous tasks required to advance deals
Qualifications
- Prior experience or exposure to healthcare, healthcare IT, or SaaS
