Responsibilities
- Lead the review, structuring, and approval of strategic, global, multi-year, and enterprise commercial opportunities
- Partner with the sales team to design creative deal structures that balance customer demands with profitability and risk
- Evaluate discounting, pricing models, payment terms, and commercial exceptions
- Act as the primary liaison across finance, legal, tax, revenue operations, pricing, and sales during the deal lifecycle
- Develop and maintain scalable deal desk workflows, governance frameworks, and approval policies
- Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability assessments for strategic transactions
- Lead, mentor, and foster professional growth within the Deal Desk team
Requirements
- Eight to twelve or more years of professional background in Deal Desk, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Commercial Operations
- Three to five years of people management history
- Solid understanding of technology or enterprise SaaS sales environments
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations and supporting complex commercial transactions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM
- Strong skills in financial modeling, business analysis, and cross-functional communication
Qualifications
