Job Description
SEEK is hiring an Associate Business Analyst for its quality and continuous improvement group, which sits inside APAC Customer Service. The posting does not specify a city, and the role is full-time and on-site. The group works to raise service standards and lead process change, turning lessons from customer demand into action.
The analyst bridges customer insight and business outcomes by collecting needs from colleagues across APAC Customer Service and writing them up clearly. The work includes assessing how things work today to find gaps, helping build business cases backed by evidence, and recommending fixes that suit business and customer needs. The analyst maps and writes down processes against the APAC Service Design Principles, and takes part in user acceptance testing before changes go live.
The role also includes reporting. The analyst reviews service performance and demand data for trends and opportunities, and links quality audit findings to practical service changes. Findings are presented in a form suited to each audience. The analyst helps run workshops across several markets and time zones, and flags risks and blockers early.
Candidates need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in business analysis or process design, ideally in customer-facing service operations. Clear communication and stakeholder skills are required across cross-cultural teams, along with an APAC-first mindset and comfort with changing priorities. Exposure to Salesforce, Genesys PureCloud or Mitel would help, and tools like Miro, Jira and Power BI are useful.
