Job Description
SEEK is recruiting a Lead Generation Executive for pre-sales at Jobstreet Philippines. The role is full-time and on-site. The executive contacts companies that have shown interest in hiring through the platform, qualifies those opportunities through consultative conversations, and passes strong leads to the sales team. The job is to understand each employer's hiring needs and challenges, and capture the information that lets sales focus on the best prospects.
Lead work covers contacting interested employers, finding new prospects through events, web research, platform signals and outreach, and building a healthy pipeline. The executive asks questions about hiring plans, funding, who signs off and when, and identifies each employer's pain points before proposing a follow-up step to the sales team.
The role includes handing over leads cleanly. The executive logs discovery outcomes precisely in approved systems and templates, applies qualification criteria consistently, and works with sales to improve acceptance and conversion. The executive follows pre-sales playbooks and service levels, and feeds back on pushback, what employers need and how good the leads are, to improve campaigns.
Candidates need a background in lead generation, customer support, selling or business development, with a steady record. Working knowledge of Salesforce, web research tools and data analysis is expected, along with strong communication and negotiation skills and a meticulous, quality-focused approach.
